We have helped countless professional players feel more confident on the field by replacing or supplementing their existing padding with Unequal. Now for the first time, we are pleased to offer amateur players the opportunity to request specific padding locations to better protect them from future or further injury. Using your supplied garment and our patented composite, we will work with you to create your custom protective gear.
The Process
After completing your purchase our Custom Team will reach out to gather specific details about your custom garment. Unequal will then fully access your project to determine if we can successfully implement your request. Please be aware, custom work costs can exceed the purchase price of $199.95; depending on amount of padding requested and extent of work needed. We will provide you with a final cost estimate and your initial payment of $199.95 will be credited towards your order. If for some reason Unequal or you decline the project before we begin the work, you will receive a full refund.
If we have both agreed to move forward, we will exchange any necessary garments. If the custom work will be done to your own garment, you will ship it to Unequal with a pinned paper cut-out of the preferred pad location if it’s not simply an existing pad replacement. After receiving your garment, Unequal will determine which of our patented composite pads will best fit your intended protection. If we are adding protection to one of our garments, we may ship product to you to make a final determination on proper sizing. You can also send descriptive images or download our figure drawing here for additional explanation. Print and sketch the approximate location for the Unequal padding on the appropriate figure drawing. Scan and email the drawing and any images to: “customerservice@unequal.com” along with your order number in the Subject line of the email, or ship it along with your garment. If we need additional measurements, we will contact you for further information.
*LEAD TIMES VARY BETWEEN 2-4 WEEKS. IF CONTRACTING FOR YOUR MINOR CHILD, WE WILL ASK YOU TO SIGN AND RETURN A PARENT CONSENT WAIVER FORM BEFORE ANY WORK WILL BE STARTED.
