UNEQUAL LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship found in your new Unequal product (“product”) for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of product’s purchase. This Limited Warranty’s coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your Unequal product.
If your product develops a defect in material or workmanship within ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, return the product to Unequal with proof of purchase, as directed by our website or as per below. We will exchange it for an identical product (or, at Unequal’s discretion, the closest available comparable model at that time) at no charge, except for the cost of returning the product to Unequal.
Unequal will not provide you a replacement product if the product that you return shows evidence that the product has been tampered with, misused, abused or altered.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. UNEQUAL LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. UNEQUAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
