Great for prevention of knee pain.
I work on my feet for an eight hour shift on concrete and wood floors. As it is on the second floor the stairs at the end of the day are a painful process. After the first week my knees have felt a great deal less painful and the stairs are not the chore they used to be before these insoles.

The best!
Super comfortable, strong enough not to break and not too big so they can fit into pretty much any pair of sneaks or shoes. I have very expensive custom orthotics but I actually find these easier to wear.
