I walk and push a ton of things for my profession, up and down on my knees with my foot bent. Started using theses guys no foot pain at all feel like I a have a solid spring in my step all day. Size was a bit to big but trimmed it down and works great.
Great for prevention of knee pain.

I work on my feet for an eight hour shift on concrete and wood floors. As it is on the second floor the stairs at the end of the day are a painful process. After the first week my knees have felt a great deal less painful and the stairs are not the chore they used to be before these insoles.
My feet thank me!
