The Process

1. Schedule a 20 minute phone, Zoom, or FaceTime call with the Unequal Custom Team at a cost of $24.95.*
2. Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include a direct link to our calendar, where you can easily schedule your appointment to meet with our custom gear team. Appointment times can easily be booked online, usually within 12-24 hours. Your consultation fee will be applied to the cost if you purchase a custom garment. If for whatever reason you can't find a time slot that fits your schedule please give us a call at 1-844 863-7825.
3. To prepare for the call and to help describe your project to our Custom Team, you can use a garment you have at home. Attach a simple paper cutout to show the location and size of the pads. You can send descriptive images or download our figure drawing here. Print and sketch the approximate location for the Unequal padding on the appropriate figure drawing. Scan and email the drawing or images to: “customerservice@unequal.com” along with your order number in the Subject line of the email.
4. At the time of the scheduled call, we will together assess your custom garment project to determine if we can successfully implement your request. Next we will provide you with a final price, timing for delivery, or reason for declining creation of the garment.
5. If we both agree to move forward, you will then pay for the custom garment and we will schedule the work. If we have questions or need precise measurements during the making of the garment, we will contact as needed. Once completed, we will ship the item ASAP. We may contact you and confirm shipment.
