Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. International Duties, Taxes and Fees will apply in addition to shipping costs to any out of state sales or returns.
Any import duties, VAT, tariff, taxes or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. If you are unsure about these charges, please contact your country’s Customs Office. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.
Free Shipping offers are only valid for U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states.
Return Policy – For Product Purchased at Unequal.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

As I said when I spoke to you on phone, I am an umpire and have used your uncup original for the past 5 years. Hands down best, most comfortable, easy to use protection 100 times better than any cup on the market and I've tried them all! Now I gave girdle 4 stars because because I'm making it work for umpiring needs, but will need to modify. The hip pads and rear pad have to come out to allow better movement and no need of protection in this area while umpiring. The thigh pads while ok would be much better if all in front and more on inner thighs where we get hit most often. I talked with one of your main people and we discussed possibilities of making something like this, but was cost prohibited. Shame and hope you would reconsider. There is a huge untapped market in the umpire market that I'm sure would be willing to purchase said product. Something to consider for future and I would be very happy to discuss and promote. In the mean time I will have someone makeshift your product to fit my needs and get back to you on how it works out. Thanks for listening, your customer service and products are awesome!
