Our son wears a youth large shirt and the gray youth large fits fine. We did not need to size up or down.

Great shirt! Only offered 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered bigger based off instructions and it was too big, so I need to order a smaller one. In my opinion, it runs true to size. Older brother can wear though.
