CHEST: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of the chest, and wrap around your body until the ends of the tape measure overlap. Mark at the point where overlap of the ends just begins.
Youth S --- Chest 22–26" --- Waist 22–26"
Youth M --- Chest 25–28" --- Waist 23–25"
Youth L --- Chest 27–32" --- Waist 24–27"
Adult S --- Chest 29–34" --- Waist 26–29"

Hart shirt for my 8yr old starting in kid pitch league
The HART shirt fits great and my 8yr old loves it. Not to bulky and fits under his jersey. He has only worn it to practice no games yet so I will update as the season gets going. I will say the customer service I received about another product I ordered and was exchanging was phenomenal I have never had such great customer service. Will definitely be ordering again from them.

Have not had a chance
Have not had a chance to wear this shirt in a game yet however the size we ordered seemed a bit snug on our softball pitcher so we shipped it back for an exchange. It was easy and over the phone directions. They received our package on a Tuesday, and the new shirt was at our door on Thursday. Hopefully we never truly need this shirt, but I am so happy she will be wearing it as an 8 year old pitching in games this season for the 1st time
