STEP 1
From the open ended back, pinch and compress sides together and allow for middle section to rise above sides. Middle MUST rest above side sections to be effective

STEP 2
While compressing the Unhelmet with the green padded side facing you, place it in inside of the cap so that the open ended section is located in the back of the cap. Tuck the Unhelmet underneath the hat's sweatband so that the bottom of the shell rests between the sweatband and the inside of the cap. Fold the entire sweatband over the edge of the Unhelmet. Ensure that the middle section is resting above the side sections while inside cap

STEP 3
Place on head to try fit. Connect straps together under chin with clip and adjust to desired tightness

Clean surface with a damp cloth or sponge. May also be hand washed in warm water with mild soap. Gently press down to squeeze excess water. Let air dry.

  So I bought this looking for something low profile and thought it was a really good idea. I was still unsure how well it would really work. I'm here to tell you that after a fall on my skateboard where I broke 3 metatarsals, this helmet really does work. It sustained a fall going about 15mph down a hill, no cracks in the helmet at all. Buy it, trust it, love it.

  I really love this under the hat helmet. It’s really cool, comfortable for skateboarding, rollerblading, scooter. I would definitely recommend for that. All the base ball head protection was sold out so I bought this one to try and see if it would fit snug enough without the straps to use for base ball. Unfortunately it won’t work for baseball it will fall off my child’s head without the straps buckled.
