STEP 1
Pull the brown paper off the double sided tape
STEP 2
While holding Uncap HDR so that green padded side faces you, place it in the front inside of the cap; tuck the HDR underneath the hat's sweatband so that the bottom of the shell rests between the sweatband and the inside of the cap.
STEP 3
Push the sweatband against the tape to help secure it's location

Clean surface with a damp cloth or sponge. May also be hand washed in warm water with mild soap. Gently press down to squeeze excess water. Let air dry.

Love this product for pitcher
My son is a pitcher, And we slept this in his ball cap and he doesn't feel it. I think it is an excellent product

Great product
My son has been wearing this and doesn't even feel it. It is lightweight and comfortable enough. The only comment is that he had hoped to be able to swap it out between his game and practice hats for school, and eventually to his travel team hat. However that seems unlikely with the adhesive strip.
