• Remember, Dome is supplemental padding. Do not peel apart the layers of the DOME
• Dome does not adhere directly to the inside of the cap; there is no adhesive

TO OPTIMIZE FIT:
The Dome can be customized to the exact shape of your fabric cap. It is designed for a large to extra-large fabric cap, but can be trimmed to fit small and youth sizes:

STEP 1
Press the Dome completely into the cap as far as it will go. Logo side rests on your head

STEP 2
If necessary, mark portions of the Dome tabs that go beyond the bottom of the cap and sweatband. Trim any excess padding with sharp scissors

STEP 3
Place the Dome back into the cap and tuck the tabs under the cap’s sweatband

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from helmet and hand wash with soap and lukewarm water. Do not submerge the Dome into water. Air dry.

  Bought this for my son who had a concussion playing baseball. He wears this all the time under his baseball cap, even when playing other sports. Customer service is amazing - called in over the weekend they answer the phones anytime!
