• Do not peel apart the layers of the Dome
• No adhesive required, drops right in and tucks behind the sweatband
• If trimming required, do not trim the front tab (A)

TO OPTIMIZE FIT:
The Dome can be customized to the exact shape of your fabric cap. It is designed for a large to extra-large fabric cap, but can be trimmed to fit small and youth sizes

STEP 1
Align the large rounded tab (A) with the front of the cap. Make sure the waffle pattern is facing your head

STEP 2
Place the Dome inside the cap and press it into place. Tuck the front and then the side tabs under the cap’s sweatband. Trim back tab as needed to slide under sweatband

STEP 3
If the back tab needs trimming, mark a line where the overlapping tab should align with the base of the sweatband. Using normal sharp scissors, cut the excess back tab along the line. Do not trim the front “roundish” tab or sides

STEP 4
Place the Dome back into the cap and tuck all the tabs under the cap’s sweatband

Remove from cap and hand wash with soap and lukewarm water. Do not submerge the Dome into water. Air dry.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. International Duties, Taxes and Fees will apply in addition to shipping costs to any out of state sales or returns.

Any import duties, VAT, tariff, taxes or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. If you are unsure about these charges, please contact your country’s Customs Office. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.

Free Shipping offers are only valid for U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

3. Find the order they wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.

  I have the insert in a fitted hat that has always run a little large for me now with the insert it fits perfectly. The pad is comfortable and it’s hard to visually tell that I’m wearing anything protective. I bought the chin strap version for my teenage daughter and we primarily use them for skateboarding and biking. I would definitely buy these again.
