CHEST: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of the chest, and wrap around your body until the ends of the tape measure overlap. Mark at the point where overlap of the ends just begins.

- Large orders, heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. Alaska and Hawaii: add $5.00 to rates listed above. Shipping charges are based on your total order amount. Typically, a higher order total equates to a heavier package. We understand there are exceptions.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. International Duties, Taxes and Fees will apply in addition to shipping costs to any out of state sales or returns.
Any import duties, VAT, tariff, taxes or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. If you are unsure about these charges, please contact your country’s Customs Office. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.
Free Shipping offers are only valid for U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states.
Return Policy – For Product Purchased at Unequal.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

My son is on blood thinners for the next two months during baseball season. We like the rib protection but when he is at bat the chest part pops out like a giant nip

I recently ordered a larger size of the baselayer shirt for my son who plays hockey. He has worn these shirts for the last 2 years and they are highly protective. Also, when you call customer service you get a knowledgeable person answering the phone each time which is unusual these days. Happy with the product and company all round.

I just received the Battle Ready Player Baselayer for my son who injured his ribs in hockey. I spoke to Kyle on Friday afternoon, he was so friendly and took the time to explain their products and recommended this shirt for my son. The customer service is amazing and it was so nice to speak to a live person. Kyle went above and beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to my son wearing this shirt for added protection when he gets back on the ice. It is going to give me comfort knowing he has the protection now in all the right places to continue to play hockey. By the way, Kyle placed the order for me on Friday and I received it Tuesday across the border too!
