SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. International Duties, Taxes and Fees will apply in addition to shipping costs to any out of state sales or returns.
Any import duties, VAT, tariff, taxes or handling fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. If you are unsure about these charges, please contact your country’s Customs Office. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.
Free Shipping offers are only valid for U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

- Large orders, heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. Alaska and Hawaii: add $5.00 to rates listed above. Shipping charges are based on your total order amount. Typically, a higher order total equates to a heavier package. We understand there are exceptions.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY – For Product Purchased at Unequal.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS — WITH AN EXISTING (OR BY CREATING AN) UNEQUAL ACCOUNT
- See the upper right corner for “Sign-in” or a “Person icon” on mobile site
- Sign-in, or make a new account with the same name and e-mail address used at the time of purchase
- After signing in successfully you will land on the “Orders” page and see a list of all your “Completed” orders
- Find the order you wish to return, then click the small text “Return Items?” located near the “Completed” gray box (Only orders within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return)
- Fill out the required details regarding your return: “Quantity to Return”, “Reason”, and “Refund or Exchange”
- Click “Submit Return Request”
- Check that you have received an e-mail confirmation with the subject line… “"Your Return Request on Unequal® Technologies Company”
- Prepare your item for return. Include the product, original packing slip, or a written note referencing your order number
- Use the shipping carrier of your choosing to return the merchandise to the store address below (Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)

- Orders within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return
- Prepare your item for return. Include the product, original packing slip, or a written note referencing your order number. Request a refund or exchange on the items included
